Terms & Policies

Booking & Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking. No date is held without a deposit received.

Payment

Balance due 14 days before the event date. Remaining balance paid via cash or bank transfer.

Cancellations

Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation fees apply on a tiered basis:

  • Cancel 4+ weeks before: lose deposit only
  • Cancel 2–4 weeks before: deposit + 50% of remaining balance due
  • Cancel under 2 weeks before: full balance due

Artist Cancellation (Emergency Clause)

In the rare event the artist must cancel due to a serious unforeseen personal circumstance, the artist will, under extreme circumstances only, do their best to source a suitable replacement artist, subject to the client's agreement. If no replacement is arranged or accepted, the full deposit will be refunded, and the client will receive 50% off a future booking.

On the Day

Artist requires access to the venue at the agreed start time, with a suitable space to work (good natural light, a chair, access to a plug socket, and a table/surface for kit). Only the bride is required to be present at the start of her appointment. Standard maximum of 6 people (including the bride) per booking; larger parties may be accommodated case-by-case with a second artist.

Patch Testing & Allergies

Clients are welcome to request a patch test at least 48 hours before the trial or wedding day. The booking questionnaire will ask about sensitivities or allergies to latex and lash adhesive. The artist cannot be held responsible for reactions where a patch test was not requested and no allergy was disclosed.

Image & Video Usage

By booking, clients agree the artist may photograph and film finished looks for portfolio, marketing, and social media use, unless the client opts out at the time of booking.
